How to proceed:
Forms:

Are you a natural person filing your own tax return? You may be an employee while also running a business, or you have other sources of income, including from abroad. First determine whether you file a Type A or Type B return:
In both cases, the field to allocate 2% (or 3%) of tax is already part of the tax return form.
The deadline for filing the regular tax return (and thus for allocating 2%) is by 31 March 2025 (or by the date of an extended tax return). By this date, deliver the Type A form to your tax office (if unsure which one, check here) or submit the Type B tax return electronically.
Forms:

Legal entities can allocate 1% (2%) of tax to multiple beneficiaries, with a minimum amount of €8.00 per beneficiary. Since 2018, legal entities must communicate with the tax office electronically.
You can find the electronic tax filing form here.

This is not an extra contribution from your own money. If you do not exercise this right, the tax office will transfer these funds to the state budget. It is your unique opportunity to direct a portion of your taxes where it truly matters.
We would be very grateful if you choose to support our civic association Back on Track. All funds raised will be used to improve Race through Slovakia, enhance rider comfort, and maximize safety on the course. Looking ahead, we would like to bring a cycling festival to Bratislava where you can meet your favourite brands and service providers, hear stories from long-distance bikepacking trips, and most importantly meet friends from the cycling community. We want to connect cyclists in this way too.
THANK YOU for considering directing your two percent of tax to our civic association.
